The HVAC system is a mini-split heat pump locate over the windshield of the bus.  It is both the heat and A/C.  It is operated by a small remote control that allows you to change between several modes (heat, A/C, dehumidify, etc.), adjust the fan speed, adjust the temperature and a few other features.
